Anyone tint the glass roof?
I heard it can trap heat and cause it to crack or shatter. But I also read that laminated sunroofs tend to do this versus tempered. Are our glass roofs tempered or laminated?

I tinted mine. Did the same on my E53 coupe. Haven't had any issues.

What percent tint did you do? I looked more closely at the glass roof and some of the glass remains tucked away behind the shade when slid back. Were they able to tint that glass behind the retracted shade?

I want to put Air 80 or Stratos 70 up there for heat rejection.
