2012 ML63 W166 gearbox oil replacement
500km is enough time. If it's not better now, it won't "learn" its way out.
Don't reset the adaptations that'll make it worse.
The fix: drain it, refill with correct 236.14 fluid (Shell ATF 134 or Fuchs 4134 not Liqui Moly), set level exactly at 45°C.
Also ask if they drained the torque converter. If not, old fluid is still mixing in. That alone can cause the 2-3 jolt.




The LM Top Tec ATF 1900 appears to meet that MB spec.
I like to look for any TSB's that may be helpful. I did find one but it seems you would be seeing fault codes as well.
