Advice please-About to buy a 2016-2018 GLE350 4Matic
I would like to drive this car 10 years, have owned several mercedes and keep up on maintenance and repairs really well
am also in a drier environment in AZ where the water intrusion issues do not seem to be as big a problem- although know I need to watch for this
Wondering how all these package options are holding up long term for people?
If you have issues with them is it possible just to have my indie shop go in the computer and shut off an option or will it put the car limp mode etc and be a big deal
Guessing some of the ML owners may have some higher mileage longer time feedback on this
thanks for any feedback

When you buy, get a PPI.
When you take delivery, you are better off doing all the fluids, transmission, transfer case, all differentials, brake fluid, coolant, engine oil and filter, etc.

THE P3 package was not common. you may want to look to the GLE 43 AMG which offered more and may have more used vehicles with the P3 package.
I have one, which also include the Active Curve option which is great.
Mine is a 2017 which I bought a a CPO in 2020. have about 68,000 miles on it and no real problems with... simple to maintain, but lots of tech that could go wrong.
it's not a daily driver for me, but more of a road trip car when we go to our NC mountain home from our home in Florida.
have it checked out... it's been a well proven platform
