Glow Plugs and DPF Sensor Broken
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice. My Mercedes A180d 2019 auto has come up with an engine light last week. The diagnostics showed up these codes - all 4 glow plugs and the DPF sensor. I believe it could be just the DPF module that is causing it to say all 4 glow plugs.
I am in a predicament as I am trading my car for a new car. However, the dealership is 200km motorway drive away. I have made them aware of the issue and they said they will fix it and to drive the car up to them. I’m worried that the car won’t make the drive up without causing the DPF to get blocked or further damaged.
Will the DPF be able to regen on account of the glow plug module being broken, along with the DPF sensor? What would you do in this scenario. Looking for any help or advice at all. Thanks

How long since the last successful regen cycle?

I have no idea when the last successful regen would have been… I drove 60km last weekend at a mostly continuous speed of 80kmph. Used to do a lot of motorway driving but haven’t in the past few months. The car never makes any noises or issues, usually just get in it and drive and never notice anything.
