Oil filters Glk 350
Is Mann a good oil filter , I’ve been buying them on Amazon . Is MB better ? Are any of the German filters better than the other ? Do they all only filter to about 20/30 micron ? What’s best ? Has anyone used a bypass system that goes to 5 micron ?

Likewise, Mann filters have been my default choice for 30 years or more. Most of the filters in the Merceds box are Mann filters. The original filters from the factory on M276 & M278 engines were, however, made by PurFlux. Visually, the quality of manufacture didn’t look as good as the Mann to me, so I switched.
