AIRMATIC MALFUNCTION, STOP TOO LOW!!!
When i crank my 2008 base model s550 Mercedes i hear what sounds ljke a loud ac unit from my front tires and a hissing air sound from the back wheels. At first there is no airmatic malfunction on the dash board but after about 10-15 minutes the malfunction symbol will come on the dashboard and then shortly after, “stop car too low” on the dashboard will appear. If I cut the car off and on the car too low symbol goes right away and is drivable until the process starts again. What could this be?

sounds like a major air leak and the system times out in the hope you still have an air pump left... the pump is in front of the right front road wheel on my RHD car and I think stays there regardless of LHD or RHD
what is the ride height like at each corner - all level and about 1" clearance between the top of the tyre and the wheel arch of the body work ?
if low at one corner or end of the car - you should not drive like this as it will either drop to no suspension and its not clever to drive like this or damages stuff -
other noises - turn off the AC and if the noise stops its the engine cooling fan that in extreme heat with AC on will run silly fast at low speeds to try and maintain decent air flow over the AC condenser at the front of the car - its can also run silly fast if you have a cooling issues or a bad engine ECU
