1994 SL320 Projectcar. help identify parts
 

Hey guys

I just purchased a 1994 sl320 from my neighbor and I would like some info on things I cant seem to locate on the Internet

The car has 55k miles, it has good paint, no rips or tears, the soft top is like new, but the plastic glass is yellowed, and has a 1 inch crack in it.

There is a 3 wire plug on the front windshield frame that I cant find anything it goes to,

in the center console there is something missing from it, not sure what fit in this cavity ?

And then the head liner, from the picture can anyone tell whats all missing, are there any clips or screws that hold it in,
any ideas of where to get some of these parts.

You have both top control latch wiring and interior mirror
A plastic "tape" box that holds music cassettes, any have converted this area to a cup holder. The sliding cover hides the area when not getting the latest tape from the holder!
The handles, several clips, front visors, and philips head screws hold in the headliner. Not hard to replace or place.
Good luck with the project!
The wiring harness in the engine compartment may be the biggest hurdle.

Bobterry99 in the Atlanta area can fill in details and maybe parts.
The SE area of the USA has several strong "Benzites"

I have everything but the cassette holder for the center console, and the Hardtop headliner, he tossed away the whole headliner including the molded part that I could have repaired.

Everything else I have.
