CEL-PO441 purge flow incorrect
CEL- PO441 at half fuel tank only every time, erased code stays off.
Fuel cap is new, evap. solenoid works.

Just had mine come on at half tank, but I think I may not have screwed cap on all the way to click

Check vacuum line coming from charcoal tank and valve for charcoal bits if so install inline fuel filter.

I like the inline fuel filter idea, because the upstream purge valves do get clogged with the charcoal granules over time.

By all means check this first before buying that way over priced valve, clean it out with Brake cleaning spray and actuate it with a couple wires clipped to the battery till you can't blow through it when it's closed.

Thanks Guys for all the advices.
But the CEL comes on at halve tank only.
If i top off the fuel before the half point, it's all good, no CEL
