SL/R129: Alarm always on - Mercedes sl 500 '96

'96 SL 500, '86 Porsche 928 s4, '91 Lancia Delta and Celica Carlos Sainz, '90 RR Silver spirit, etc.
Alarm always on - Mercedes sl 500 '96
Hello,
As you can see in the video below I can't close the doors with the remote key and the alarm is always activated.
Everything was fine until battery died and I had to charge it (No starter, of course).
If I press the lock/unlock button in the key remote, alarm lights on driver door and rear mirror are flashing red. I try again and they flash green. Again and they flash red. And so on.
And sometimes lights are flashing red and green together.
The car starts but if I press the brake pedal, alarm goes on. Sometimes it goes on when I open the door.
So the alarm is always ON!
All the doors/bonnet/trunk are closed (unlocked, but closed).
Key battery is working.
What can I do?
Car owner manual is not helping.
