Your thoughts on interior / exterior color?

I think it depends on which hooker is driving it.

I like the interior.

Don't like both the interior/exterior colour for some reasons, I like the rims though:smash:

I dont get it , how come no one likes this combo ? I think it looks elegant and waaay better than any silver/black SL with gray/black interior ...

Maybe its just me .. i like my cars unique ... I had a designo chablis exterior / designo pastel yellow interior 05 SL500 which i crashed a couple of months ago :(

i feel ya, i try and have my cars look unique, but this is just a little to risque, but the inside is nice.

Nevertheless its a unique combination, and a very nice car. Don't take my comment too seriously, its just me :crazy:

I like the 50th anniversary (pewter) better.. it looks too brown/chocolate

Outside looks like Sheeeet.. inside is kinda cool

I believe they call the interior colour "Cognac". It's a nice colour. The exterior colour... leaves something to be desired.

Did anybody notice that virtually all BMWs in all colours look pretty good? The Mercedes, some colours don't look very good.

Looks like MB needs to higher a better colour designer.

Its funny, I am all for unique colors on some cars like Lambos and Ferraris but for some reason on SL's they just don't work for me. Even though they are the most common, I still think silver or black by far are the best colors for the car and judging by what is sold I guess most people buying feel this way as well. I don't know if it is just a lack of good color choices or the fact that the SL is more of a subdued sports car that make me feel this way. I love the Silver Arrow silver on my SL but if I get another Ferrari I would never consider silver. I guess its all personal preference.

Inside color ok, but I don't like it paired with that paint tone. It jsut doesn't work for me.:wwf:

why can't anyone just come out and be blunt with what we are all thinking.. it looks like sh*t on wheels.. not just metophorically.. but LITERALLY.. :wwf:

My first impression is that it is interesting but not well thought out.

Baskin Robin discovered that that not every one likes chocolate and vanilla ice cream, so they made 31 flavors. So get what makes you happy.

Hmmmm..... I don't think I ever saw that color on one anywhere!!!!!

Picking it up on 5th of August, will post more pics then, why dont you post a pic of your SL so we can compare ?

I think it looks uniquie and cool.
I wouldn't buy it (I'm a black car only kinda guy) but I wouldn't call it ugly at all.
However it's not beautiful but do what you want :)
