Some Audi help please!
I know this is off topic for this forum but here goes anyway. 
I know some of you are ex Audi owners so any help will be appreciated. My sister has an Audi A4 Cabrio and just called me with a problem. She's driving for about an hour or so and gets an indicator light next to the water temp that reads (flashing)"2:00" some time later it reads (flashing)"4:00". Water temp reads normal. No other trouble lights appearing. Does anyone know what's up?

Two hours of driving means it is time to take a break for driver safety reasons. My A6 does the same thing. It's not mechanical at all. Also, I just rented a Mercedes in Germany, which after 2hrs of driving, the Nav system starting giving directions to rest areas.
I did get the same answer from an Audi owner.
