SL/R230: Question about SAT radion on an '04

Question about SAT radion on an '04
My COMAND has the SAT button. But when I press it, nothing happens. Looking at the options for my car, under the Comfort/Convenience section, it shows 'Phone, Voice Control and Satellite Radio Pre-Wiring. Not sure it that means it has the receiver already built-in, or not.
Can someone chime in and let me know all the parts I would need to get Sirius radio working? Also, if you know what the total cost would be (parts & labor), it's greatly appreciated.
Does it have to be done by the dealer, or could a stereo store do this?
