New PS Hose Shipped Already Corroded

You might want to try someone besides FCP euro when ordering PS hoses. When I changed to a standard PS pump I ordered a new hose. The box arrived in average time and the cardboard box was normal and dry. Problem arose when I unsealed the plastic bag it came in with soft protective caps on the fittings. It had corroded inside the bag, made for shipping by Rein
I paid way more than I would have if I bought it from eBay or Amazon so let it just be a warning.

FCP has great customer service. Why not reach out and check if they can send you a replacement?

The couple of times I had an issue with an order, a replacement part and a pre-paid return label were sent my way.

Before I post anything about such issues I always follow thru and make sure I fully communicate with suppliers.
4x’s I reached out and the response was the worst I’ve ever received

Since I initiated contact it has been 2 days and no competent response. They don’t read the messages and continue to send incohesive replies. They either don’t care or likely don’t understand what the problem is and unfortunately lack the ability to deal effectively with the situation

I just had an issue with an order (new parts arrived damaged / unusable) and reached out to FCP customer service today. Received a response within the hour followed by an immediate resolution via an order for replacement items being placed.

What was the response you received?

Frankly, as a customer of FCP's for 10+ years now, they've been nothing but excellent the several times I've had an issue with an order.
