SL500 Bike Racks

I'm purchasing a 2005 SL500 in a couple days and I'm looking for best options for hauling a bicycle (pedal bike). I'd prefer to use a tow hitch, but don't know that this is a realistic option, but I like the idea better than the straps on the trunk. Anyone have a solution that's worked for them?

Thanks.

Thanks for your response, but I don't see why it's so ridiculous. I'm looking for something temporary, not a permanent rack.:X

ya I'm with rick i haven't seen any tow hitches for an SL newer than a 2002

if you find one though let us know

would love to be able to haul a wave runner. just means less trips in the truck

If memory don't fail me, bike racks are only available for newest SL.

Looking for the same solution, I don't want to have another bike rack in the crowded garage. Though the SeaSucker looks like a pretty small footprint I would still rather have the hitch option. Would just need to be mindful of operating the top with the rack mounted like any of them.

I got the best folding bicycle that fits nicely and safely in the trunk.
