If the R230 is like other M-Bs water from the A/C collects at the bottom of the air box and is routed out of the car through two hoses -- one on each side of the transmission tunnel. If this is the case then one of your hoses may be missing or routed incorrectly. I don't know the easiest way to check -- it may be from under the car.

NO LONGER ACTIVE
It's probably condensation forming on the outside of the duct. If I run the AC on a hot, humid day with the roof open, I get a lot of condensation on the vents, center console, and under the dash.

Thanx

Thanx for all the thoughts
I did suspect condensation on ducts but thought I'd check
maybe I'll look at for insulation to prevent this
Again, Thanx
