1999 sl550
2009 sl550 XM Radio - "SOUND" is grayed out
The "SOUND" is grayed out on my XM Radio on my 2009 sl550. Sirius is not able to reset. Any ideas?

Hold the eject button for 15 seconds

this may reset command

No luck. The sound works on the AM/FM, but is grayed out on the XM Radio. Any other suggestion?
