I'm here with my 2003 SL55 AMG, the latest edition to the fleet
First touches on my SL55
Well I just bought my 2003 SL55 with 22k original miles on it. After replacing the two batteries, I am pleased to report I have run through the entire car and it is in tip top.
What does that mean? That means it's on to the mods! Spent a quick couple hundred on a blacked out grille and trunk wing.

Ebay. The fit and finish on this are superb. Even down to the points at the ends of the wing where it's most likely to have flaws. Make sure you order the right color code. This link is for the 040 black. If you don't know your color code, use a vin decoder and look it up. Also typically the label in the door jamb has the color code as well. Here's the link:
