2011 mercedes sl550, 1995 corvette
VARIO TOP LUBRICATION
Is 3M silicone spray lubricant ( dry type) suitable to lubricator hinges etc in vario top or is a heavier lube recommended

NO LONGER ACTIVE
I think that would be OK for the hinges, but the OE seal lubricant (A 000 989 36 60) is amazing. It's about $45 for a tiny vial, but it will last "a lifetime".
