Hi. Can anyone please advise on what this noise could be. I’m thinking fuel pump, looking to buy this car/ my mechanic hasn’t looked into it yet. I called renntech to ask what other work was done besides a tune- they said fuel pump, fuel controller and filter.

Could an upgraded pump sound like this?

Not sure what the noise is you’re describing. Things that should make noise are the top hydraulic pump, but only when operating top, and the PSE pump that runs the pneumatic systems like door locks and seats. PSE should shut off after a short time, and will if a leak is detected.
