Gauge cluster and navigation screen very dim, any ideas?

Was driving the other day and i could barely make out the speedometer, looked over at the nav screen and it was very dim as well. Battery voltage shows 13.7 and after turning it off and back on, back to normal, today it did it again, this time turning it off didn't fix it. Anyone have similar issues?

There’s the auto dim function that works for both of them simultaneously. Perhaps the sensor is effected by a blurry spot on your windscreen (top middle section of the windscreen, of course)?

Have you tried adjusting the brightness by rotating the stalk on the center of the instrument cluster?

I cleaned the windshield and so far the gauge hasn't been dim, we'll see if it's an electrical issue or a sensor issue. Drove a few times today turning it off and on and it was bright, rudeney i tried that but didn't help with the dimness when it was going on. Seems to be okay so far. Thank you guys.

When you enter a somewhat dark garage, your gauges should dim immediately. That would be a check.
