Back-Up Camera...The Final 5 Feet

For those who embarked on the journey to add a back-up camera to their R230 (mine is a 2003 model year), can you let me know how you went up through the serpentine raceway on the right hinge? I’m through the rear firewall, and have run the camera wire through the OE raceway at the back of the spare wheel well. Now I’m envisioning how I want to tackle the hinge. Did anyone run the wire through the existing weave-sleeve? Best regards.
