Parktronic 2004 SL55 AMG
Anyone here with first-hand knowledge if I can reach/replace the driver's side parktronic sensors by going from the underside of the 2004 SL55 AMG? (removing the front underbody trey)
I have investigated/attempted unclipping the strip that hold the three sensors BUT the first clip I tried broke and I did not want to do any more harm/damage.
Before I move it to my lift I thought I'd ask this group.

I'm pretty sure that you need to remove the bumper. You might be able to get to the outside one, but the other two are behind the impact bar buried in the bumper foam.
