Gearbox stuck in 1-3 gear

Howdy my fellow MB enthusiasts! I have ran into a peculiar issue with my 2007 SL550 (121k Miles). After about an hour of so of driving last night my SL started "surging" on the interstate. This morning when I went take off back home it would not shift past 3rd gear. Finally got it towed home and I'm presented with the following trouble codes...

ECM:
0073/P2123
1789/P0730
1825/P2757

TCM:
0894
0741

ESP:
5314

I think it's important to note that the transmission was serviced roughly 10k miles ago (FCP Euro Kit). I haven't had an issue since... It did kick into Limp-Home mode 2 days ago. I'm curious if I have a conductor plate issue or maybe the fresh ATF loosened some gunk up in the transmission and is blocking a solenoid? Anyone run into a similar issue? Tad lost here. It's currently at the transmission shop where the service was done pending eval... I'd like some other user inputs just incase they try to sell me a transmission.

Not sure about the codes but the behaviour mimics my conductor plate issue. 0894 is a transmission slipping code but if you have a bad speed sensor it may be throwing that code erroneously.

Thanks for the input Tom, I'm wondering if the TCM harness o-rings were degraded/damaged when they performed the service. These codes seem more voltage related then mechanical..! Gave them a rang today and they're leaning towards a transmission rebuild which seems insane to me w/only 121k miles! Which I'm going to challenge.

DTC w/ITEM DESC
ECM:
0073/P2123 - Check potentiometer of component B37 (Accelerator pedal sensor). Hall sensor 1: Short circuit to positive.
1789/P0730 - Fault present in control module transmission... from web: "incorrect gear ratio in your automatic transmission."
1825/P2757 - Fault present in control module transmission... from web: "2757 code will be reported when the vehicle's onboard powertrain control module (PCM) detects an issue in the torque converter clutch pressure control solenoid circuit."

TCM:
0894 - The gear is implausible or the transmission is slipping
0741 - Actuation of torque converter lockup clutch is not possible

ESP:
5314 - The CAN message from control module Motor electronics is invalid or implausible. ( Accelerator pedal position )

Well, fine metal shavings were found in the pan... transmission is coming out tomorrow. We'll see if there is a smoking gun once it's out...
