Actually, I said "tended"...past-tense of the word. As in, they used to. More currently, they've obviously been off the rails for several years in that regard, but I did notice that just a couple of years ago, when I was still configurating M4s in my spare time, the standard wheels were 18s...forcing the cosmetic 19s as options, which struck me as perfectly acceptable/fair. Those who wanted the wagon wheels could just pay extra for them. I have no idea what they're doing in that regard today, though.
