I need cylinder head help

74 sl. Doing head gaskets. Corrosion/calcification in cylinder head water passages is BAD. As I'm cleaning I notice something loose. There are some type of water restrictor plugs pressed into the head. Pics show one completely gone, one partially gone, and one "ok". They are easy enough to remove, but what are they called and WHERE CAN I BUY REPLACEMENTS? I've been searching with no luck at all.

This one is gone

This one is partial but still bad

This one is "good". See the restriction hole?

Friend found this on another site. It is the correct replacement for what I need. Basically a $33 dollar thimble with a hole in the side. I made my own.

Just for reference.
