Hey guys, i need some help with my infotainment system, i have recently acquired an SLC180 from Germany. I live in Greece. I am trying to find a way to enable carplay as i find it very useful. however the dealers in Greece say that it is not possible but they do not offer any believable proof. my car is model 05/2017 and it has the audio 20 system installed and also the two usb ports are installed as well. searching through the web i read that audio 20 on models produced from 2016 onwards is carplay capable. also in the owner's manual of the audio 20 it is described how to connect to carplay and how to use it so i do not understand why the dealers say it is not possible. trying to find my audio 20 model i had no luck so if someone knows where i can find this or how please advise.

also if someone can offer a solution on how to enable carplay it would be life saving!
