Good deal or no?

Local MB dealer has MB certified 05 SL55 w/ 22000 miles for $56000. I don't think it has 030 package, but it seemed it got everything else. The warranty expires ~7/2010. Do you guys think this is a fair deal or I can do better? Thanks!

In today's market, that is 48K car - tops. Just my opinion; it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it.

There are always going to be 'better' prices, but you have to consider each car individually. Has it been cared for? Has there been accidents? Paintwork? Is there a service history, etc., etc. Price isn't always the end all, be all barometer.
