Talked to day to a Merc mechanic.
He said you must apply the footbrake/handbrake when in park on the 63.
He didn't mean when your driving, just when you park up for a while particularly on a hill. This will help with any problems later.
Must be due to some stress on the MCT box when in park.
Personally I never use the footbrake, but I will now.
