Wow, lots of questions. Here goes, as best as I remember them.
No, I do not play for, work for or invest in the LA Kings. I am a season's ticket holder, and find it very annoying that the Mighty Ducks are in the Conference finals. However, I'll be there.
Yes, I was at the gold medal game in SLC. In fact, I attended something like 25 men's and women's hockey games. Best game was USA Canada. My best friend, who's Canadian, cried through the singing of O' Canada.
My job is chasing women. LOL. OK, I'm 45 and partially retired, although consulting for a small medical products company. I've got a couple of bucks in my account.
No, I am not Canadian. But I hear that they are very nice people (quoting a Molson commercial).
Here's the zymol process I use, which I find works very well on black or dark colored cars. I do NOT use any mechnical products, everything by had.
1. Wash car with Clear auto bath from Zymol. I like it for a bunch of reasons. First, it's biodegradeable, and my driveway drains into a creek which flows to the ocean, so I care. Second, it doesn't leave streaks on the paint. And lastly, it really cleans. (All of Zymols products for washing appear to be biodegradeable and safe for the environment.)
2. I dry the car thoroughly with cotton towels.
3. I use HD Cleanse over the whole car to get rid of the old wax, and to put down a base coat.
4. I then use the carbon Hand-Crafted Wax. I put down a layer on the car, and without letting it dry, I rub it in with a cotton towel. Then I take a clean towle and buff it to a high shine. (When you're done, you'll feel like you had a good hard workout at the gym).
5. I used the detail wax on all plastic surfaces.
I know there are other products out there just as good, but Zymol uses environmentally friendly, natural based products. Nothing better.
