I hate it when they say things like that...I must have heard this sorta things a dozen or more times from shops over the years on build projects... I hope they can deliver for you, it sucks to be without your ride for a long time...I'm sure when it's doen you'll forget about the waiting tho lol

I have yet to have a car mod project delivered remotely in time! Take the time frame promised and then double it at least is my rule of thumb. It's always worth the wait though

Trust me this is the date it'll be finished, it's closer than I thought some pix were taken mon/tue 30th-31st, its moving along nicely prep for mostly gloss blk hi-end paint job Inc ALL TRIM ie alum door sills/ALL window trim/even windshield wipers mechanism/A-pillars etc is all off getting 1st rate prep/primer.
This Pro-Paint job is including everything like a brand new whip! pix tamara that were sent to me tnite but taken last wk etc..

Yes SCC Specialty Car Craft! Steve, the owner is VERY accommodating/highly professional w/incredible attention to details, no matter how small is ALL taken down/categorized w/ utmost precision.
We spent nearly 1 hour going over the SL w/fine tooth comb documenting exacty what was to be painted matte black or gloss black.

SCC is pretty close to my office (and they even did a little work for me in the past). let me know when it's done so I can take a look at it and maybe take some pics.

Little update, engine covers being repainted Ferrari-Rosso-red & gloss blk painter in SB did crummy job. SCC will rectify this as well the brake calipers redone Rosso-Red SCC is hooking this SL up!

Every bit of the SL is being re-done just AWESOME! SCC is ALL about the details
