Looks amazing but it's not that radical, alot of SLs are having that "makeover" done. None the less it is just epic, don't know about the silver wheels but that Black style widebody is

Zaddick 08-08-2011 06:48 PM

looks a little boy racer IMO, but I do like the wider flare on the rear.

no-way 08-08-2011 07:39 PM

where can i find like this bunber mesh for my custom sl65 black series body kit ?

VividRacing 08-08-2011 07:40 PM

Very nice car, but not the baddest SL around.

kamilclk430 08-08-2011 08:47 PM

do you know what year that sl is?

Maverick1975 08-09-2011 01:06 AM

I agree with you Callmiro, this car looks just stupendous. Cannot be improved upon

Probably a dumb question, but when people install a widebody kit with new wheels and tires, is the handling compromised in any way?
It would seem to me that the dished wheels would have to have some effect on the ackerman, and possibly the damping due to pushing the center of the contact patch further outboard from stock.

Yes best looking one I have seen !

jacob502 08-10-2011 12:54 AM

Looks amazing.:y

No one in there right mind can dislike this! Looks incredible.

AMGfan 08-10-2011 03:32 PM

Looks good...just as long as it is matched to a proper engine (55k, 600, or 65). I just think its too much of a poseur situation when you don't have the giddy-up behind the wide body look.

Kind of like a Ferrari kit on a Fiero...just my .02.

clkwork 08-10-2011 04:03 PM

How is a fake black series better than a real black series? :nix:

Rob@vividracing 08-10-2011 04:25 PM

Prior design is putting out some solid bodykits

Finally a solid bs kit at a reasonable price from a reputable company. That is sex on wheels.

MBFLO 08-11-2011 11:46 PM

Wouldnt have it anyother way ....

SteveL1 08-12-2011 12:13 AM

I was liking it a lot until I got to the aerial shot of the interior and then I kind of threw up in my mouth a little. Yech!

Exactly.

BK63amg 08-12-2011 01:20 AM

The only thing i'd do differently is change the wheels to a tinted clearcoat or gunmetal with gloss black barrels. Otherwise, it's perfect!

slownrusty 08-12-2011 07:48 AM

Sweet..love it

hyperion667 08-12-2011 07:50 AM
