All to often recently we seem to forget what the point of these forums really are: to share and help each other out.

I recently had the opportunity to deal with Shardul on the purchasing of some items for my 65. Shardul's knowledge of MB's in general is outstanding. But his overall best quality: his willingness to help out a fellow member despite self-interest.

Shardul - thanks for setting the bar on vendor contribution and member support! You will have a customer for life.

Thanks for the reminder for all of us. Shardul's assistance on some of my early purchases for my SL55 were the reason I bought the STAR system from him/Eurocharged, rather than save a few bucks (and maybe obtain a few headaches) by buying one directly from the Chinese vendors.

Service STILL matters - in my opinion. Thanks Shardul
