Coolant visit workshop after heat exchager
I'm trying to find out why I am getting this alarm off and on (Coolant visit workshop) after I installed my heat exchanger to compensate for the mods I have on my 03 sl55 I have bled all the air out and I have kept a close eye on my coolant level for the last 2 weeks and everything is fine no over heating or any other abnormal behavior I did have my car scanned with star diagnostic at my local indy and it came back saying cooling fan not working as it should so I replaced my cooling fan and I still get this alarm even though not as much, I have gone through all the scenarios, done lots of research including on this site only to find similarities but nothing specific to my issue so I guess my question is what would cause this after a heat exchanger install other than things listed above because this is when my problem started I guess if I can't figure it out I will take it in for another diagnostic but last time I did that it cost me a diagnostic fee, a $600 cooling fan and my problem still exist. any help would be much appreciated

How about the coolant mixture ratio?
If there is too lean (Tap water only), the coolant level fault message will light up! And also washer system.........
Actually, I don't ensure what fault message would be light up if the coolant level not correct, so you can unplug the connector of bottom of expansion coolant tank for test first!
