MSRP for SL65!!
I got this info. a few days ago, but was unable to post until now! MBUSA has released the base pricing for the CL and SL65 models!
CL65 - $177,000
SL65 - $179,500
This does not include GG tax, Destination or any options that you might choose!

Does anyone else find it odd that Mercedes did not include all options on the SL65's? I would have expected everything on the 65's to be standard(parktronic, keyless go, distronic, etc.)...NO OPTIONS!!!
The price is what I expected it to be, is there any chance that in another year or two, they will be discounted?

Mercedes is apparently able to sell all 65 models they planned to build with higher demand as anticipated. I understand that at least the S65 is essentally sold out up the model change in2006.

I just wanted to clarify the options that are available on the SL65. All the features that are standard on the 600 are on the 65, the only options are Distronic, Panoroof, Tire-Pressure and Keyless Go!

My dealer told me about 2 weeks ago that he was able to place the order and delivery will be mid-July.

Yes, any dealer can submit order for '05 SL500s. The first that we have are going into production now & will hit the dealerships by mid-July!!
