SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: M156 Intake manifold R&R...what else should be replaced?

PCV?
What else?
If taking that route, you can save yourself $150 and order direct from PLM since it's currently on sale: https://privatelabelmfg.com/products...atch-can-combo
PLM also sells their M156-specific fittings separately, allowing you to use any catch can you'd like: https://privatelabelmfg.com/products...pr_seq=uniform
I have the Weistec catch can. Pricey, but it was the only one on the market at the time of purchase and has served me well over the last 5+ years.
Currently is back-ordered 12+ weeks, however.
Have no direct experience with the 63 Motorsports catch can, but I do know that they are a reputable company.
If I bought a second M156 car and was shopping for a catch can today, I'd either give 63 Motorsports a try or use the PLM fittings with a high-quality catch can like one from Radium Engineering.

This is normal, easy to clean up (many use gasoline) and the catch can should prevent it moving forward.
Something to note, the typical M156 mounting locations might not be ideal in the engine bay of an R230 since you have the SBC unit and ABC reservoir to navigate around.
Here are photos of how I and another forum member installed the Weistec catch can: https://mbworld.org/forums/sl55-amg-...-location.html
The Weistec unit is admittedly pretty large / bulky, so you might have more flexibility with a Radium catch can.

Nice preventive maintenance list there.
Were the fuel injectors replaced recently? Pardon my persistence, but they carry a big risk in the M156 platform (many cases of them failing and hydro-locking the engine)...and also happen to be an inexpensive and easy "while you're in there" item.
