Question Part No. for engine lid

Hi, I would like the Part No. for this exaust manifold lid, all the facelift SLK's have it, could someone please be kind enough to tell me? If you also know someone to buy it from besides the stealership, new or used, please let me know. Its the one circled with the red line in the picture. Thank you.

OK after hours of searching all I could find is this (in an SLK model). It doesnt have a Part No. for it though, it just has a (1) and thats it! (top piece). Link below. By the way you are a valuable member of the Mbworld forum, I just want you to know that. One of the few guys that still gives a damn. Regards bro.
