ECU tuning MB SLK 230 M111 Facelift

Hello.

I am new to this forum.

Stage 2 ECU file for MB SLK 230 kompressor facelift

I have a MB SLK 230 year 2000/05 facelift that has the Siemens SIM4LE ECU. I have a ECU file stage 2 that is great with a standard car or with a Crank pulleyed car. I can e-mail the file for 150 USD. PayPal is okay for payment.

Stage 3 ECU file for MB SLK 230 kompressor facelift

I will also have a stage 3 ECU file for 350USD next week, if it work as good as I think. This ECU file is only with larger fuel injectors. And for the MB 230 kompressor M111 facelift engine. With below tuning mods, but for the SIM4LE Siemens ECU.

1) 830CFM IC with 3" piping
2) 74mm Bosch throttle body
3) 420c Siemens fuel injectors
4) Exhaust manifold 4-2-1
5) Deleted middle resonator
6) Cat back exhaust system 2,5"
7) 4" CAI with ITG foam air filter
8) Ported Eaton M45 supercharger
9) Custom supercharger intake manifold
10) Cooler NGK sparkplugs (7) instead of OEM (6)
11) Modified intake manifold with 65mm below TB, instead of OEM 54mm
12) Custom ECU

I think and hope that the stage 3 ECU file with all mods above will give the engine around 260-270 BHP, on the crank.

Regards
Fredrik

ECU remaped SLK 230 kompressor 15% pulley with 15 PSI at intake manifold

Hello.

Today I have ECU remapped my MB SLK 230 kompressor facelift year 2000/05. ECU modell is the OEM Siemens SIM4LE. I have used Galletto 1260 to read and write the ECU files to the car.

Modifications to the engine is as below:

1) 420cc Siemens fuel injectors (OEM is 295cc)
2) Intercooler 600*300*76mm
3) 3" Intercooler piping
4) 4" CAI with ITG foam filter instead of fog light
5) Ported Eaton M45 SC
6) Custom SC inlet manifold
7) Bosch 74mm Throttle Body
8) modified throttle body elbow for the larger throttle body
9) Clamped MAF + MAP with 4,3V zener diode
10) 2 steps colder spark plugs (NGK BKR8E-11)
11) Stainless steel exhaust manifold
12) 2,5" Stainless steel cat back exhaust with deleted middle resonator

ECU remap with mods as below:

1) Torque limiter removed
2) RPM limiter raised to 6200RPM
3) Boost limiter removed (OEM limiter is 0,8 bar or 10-11 PSI)
4) Changed A/F ratio, after remap WOT is 10,8 A/F ratio
5) Advanced ignition timing
6) Optimised for 98 octane fuel (highest octane in Sweden)

The engine pulls all the way to the rev limiter :zoom:. The boost messured at the inlet manifold under the throttle body elbow, with a T-piping is 14-15PSI, and around 7 PSI at 2500RPM, and 10-11 PSI at 4500RPM.

Next modification this winter will be a custom made aluminium inlet manifold to the engine and a Bosch 82mm Throttle body. And ported engine head.

I hope and think all mods after the winter projects will give the engine around 300 BHP at the crank. Today after ECU remap I would estimate 260-270 BHP at the crank.

Hope this tread can give some good information to all that like to modify there engines with more than just a crank pulley.

I also like to thank Subby and Steve Jonsson for all great posts, that I have read before I started to modify my Mercedes M111 EVO engine.

/Fredrik

Hello,
Could you halp me with tuned file to SLK200 R170.

Smaller pulley is installed already, 70 mm instead of 80 mm.
ECU - SIM4LE.

Hi.

Can you read out and send me the OEM ECU file?

If so, what tool do you read and Writer ECU files with?

Thanks

Yes I able to read it by Kess v2
Do you have possibillity to set up new pressure limit, which compressor produce?
