Hi Gary, not sure of the codes but would of course be good to Google them to find out what the car's computer is reporting iasues about.

Misfire after 5- 10 minutes aounds like it could be heat-dependent. Is it a slight misfire or severe? If oil is leaking at valve cover gasket into the spark plug holes that could be one cause. Or perhaps an ignition coil that malfunctions when it gets warm?

Good luck with her.

The codes are msifire of each cylinder respectively. Double check battery and battery connections?

Cars use standard values when cold for the fuel / air mixture. When hot start to modulate depending of signals from various sensors. A bad MAF for example would effect all cylinders.

Not sure if the car has been garaged in the city or country. Perhaps verify there is no mouse nest in the air intake tubing prior to the air filter or in the exhaust or so. :-)
