2002 SLK32 Black on Black for Sale in SF Bay Area - what's it worth ?

I need to sell a totally stock 2002 SLK 32 - perfect condition with 23,000 miles on it. It's Balck on Black with Xenon and CD changer.
Anyone interested? What is a realistic price?
The car is in the San Francisco Bay Area.

$40,000 or less...
I just sold mine--2002 SLK32 with 26,500 miles for $40,000 to a very happy gentleman. His friend who came with him to pick it up thought it was new.

Sorry, I responded to your later post--don't want to appear redundant.
I organized a Bay Area SLK members meet at R.A.B. when along came a customer looking for an AMG. I just threw out a price and he bought it. In retrospect I could have asked for more but he is a really nice gentleman and a fellow member of the SLK owners club now.
Earlier on I was a little concerned becaused I did a regression analysis of over 40 used SLK32s in the country and the prediction was that I would sell it for $40.5K. However, they are now selling on eBay with "Buy it now" in the high $30s. According to the formula you should be able to sell at $41.5 or thereabouts. Tell all you friends and then some. These are rare cars and someone is bound to say "I always wanted one."
