Moving to Seattle...

So my company is relocating me to seattle in about 2 months. Very excited about the new position. Wondering who on the board is from or lives in the area and can give me a heads up(looking to move somewhere within 10m of Bellevue).

Also, how does the SLK55 handle the rain they get in seattle?

wouldn't really be worried about the handling... you won't be able to put your top down ;(

...and, put softer tires on that bike, too. riding season begins July 1
and ends Aug 31st.

Issaquah area is pretty hot right now, just stay off the sammamish plateau, the traffic getting down is a beeyotch.

Rain handling is all in the tires, so no problems if you get good rain tires, ESP will also help.

I ride pretty much year round as long as it's not raining too hard.

Eric - wow, just happened to lurk in here. we'll miss you man, but best of luck to you with everything.

Vadim - I saw your car awhile ago, maybe a month or so, parked down in the Sawtelle Center (Hurry Curry, HK Cafe, etc.). Went looking for you, but couldn't find you. It was you right? Had the wheels and exhaust.
