Back in an AMG! Just half the size
hey guys! Happy to announce I’m back in an amg. After owning two c63s we decided to try something a little smaller and picked up a 2013 slk 55 amg with the dynamic handling package.
The only downside to this car is that the aftermarket doesn’t really exist. Where you have long tube headers, a couple of supercharger kits, nitrous, even cams for the c63 nothing like that exists for the r172 slk55.
Are the production numbers that limited? Also, are there any write ups on the components of these engines? If they essentially took the twin turbo 5.5 engine and raised the compression does that mean these have forged rods and pistons?
