Hi Guys,

does anyone know if ALL the roadster cars have the center dual speaker cutouts in the rear aluminum cross member behind the seats(they would be directly behind the center storage net). Or if they made 2 versions, one for the fancy stereo system, and one with the regular stereo system.

Basically I want to know if those cutouts are on my roadster even though I dont have the fancy B&O stereo system.

I'm trying to do some research for you but so far all I see is this... Do you have a picture of the one with cutouts?

I pulled apart the rear of the SLS roadster the other day , and on the stock stereo cars there are no cutouts in the cross member. I cannot believe that MB actually makes 2 cross members one for the fancy Bang and Olafson sound system, and one for the stock system. Leave it to the Germans.

So back to square one on how to improve the stock system.
