Slightly raising or lifting the car is pretty easy. Determine how the car was lowered, was it just springs or were there coil-overs drops as well? If it is coil-overs you should simply be able to adjust the ride height by turning the spanners on the coilovers. Make sure you do a corner balance after you raise the car back up.

I looked under the car and found the suspension is coil-overs

Unless your rubbing, I wouldn't lower it. Looks great as is!
