Don't know if BaT has reserves or not but not the place to try to sell and SLS. Waste of the fee.

I'd say the Buyer got quite a bargain ($162k + $5k buyer fee). The MSRP on that particular Gullwing was $217k - was only missing CF Engine Bay, CF mirror caps, and AMG performance suspension.
The Seller couldn't be bothered to clean the car or take decent pictures - which hurt - but the color combo was the bigger detriment to the final $.

I don't think that's particularly a "steal" for that car given the color combo and mileage. I would say not far from "fair" value considering how little action our cars see on major auction sites like Ebay. I was more surprised that this off the beaten path site would get a legitimate 6 figure bid. I don't know what kind of qualifying this site performs before allowing bids that high. I'm not sure I would comfortably sell a car on this site.

How much is the buyer’s fee if I win? If you win the auction we charge 5% of the final bid price, with a minimum fee of $250 up to $5,000 (5% of a $100,000 bid). The fee for sales higher than $100,000 is capped at $5,000.
So I guess it was a $167,000 SLS ...plus shipping...
