iPhone website hi jack

i am not sure if anyone else has this problem but my session keeps getting hi jacked with some Facebook look a like ad about an iPhone X deal. It would load it in the same page so my access to the forum is gone and I need to restart a new tab, and same thing happens again. I am only able to post this if I acted fast and click on post new thread before the page finish loading so that tells me one of your ad via the ad vendor is doing this intentionally.

Hi,

This is a browser hijack usually caused by an infected ad, it is a world wide web problem. What browser are you using? Thanks.

I tried both safari(default iPhone) and chrome, same problem. Yes this is an ad problem not local to my phone or browser. You need to hunt down the bad ad or vendor. It was so bad at one point I can’t even reply here. I guess the same ad hit me over and over.

Go to the App Store and search for the app ‘1blocker’. It did stop the ads on my IOS devices, I hope that helps.

Hi,

Infected ads served up by a ad partner and extremely annoying. They can be blocked, I use a app called '1Blocker' from the app store. I hope that helps.
