I don't think it maters as long as the diameter of the rotors is correct. Your qustions is more related to the thickness of the rotors. Thickness issues can also be dealt with by using thinner pads.

Wrong, the calipers are either designed for vented rotors or solid rotors, there is no such thing as thinner pads.
It's an easy thing to check, you can just look through the wheel.
Fronts are for sure vented rotors.
Rears on C-coupes are solid, and i want to run vented rotors.

I'm not going to argue with you. It's not a good thing to argue with a prospective buyer. May be I was just lucky with my VW and a Jag when I swaped the old rotors for the vented version. I don't have my old rotors any more and I don't know what I used to have. The best thing is to ask someone with a C32.
