FS: "Silver Arrow" brake calipers, 334mm Brembo & 300mm Ate
Rotors are NOT included - I can supply part numbers so you can purchase either solid or drilled rotors from your favorite MB parts vendor. I can also provide OE brake pad part numbers so you can look up the various aftermarket pads available. Rotor sizes are:
Front: 334mm x 32mm
Rear: 300mm x 22mm
These brakes are a bolt-on upgrade for all 1992-1995 400E, 500E, E420, and E500 E-class models; as well as R129 SL-class models from 1990 through 1998, including the 300SL, 500SL, 600SL, SL320, SL500, and SL600. The brakes can be made to fit all other 1986-1995 W124's (E-class) and 1984-1993 W201's (190E/190D) with additional modifications (see Note 2 below). 17-inch wheels are required to clear the front Brembo calipers, and some models may need trimming of the rear dust shields - again, email me with your exact year/model and I can tell you if any mods are required.
Note 1: These calipers are the ONLY factory Brembos larger than 300mm which fit correctly on the W124 / R129 / W201 chassis, using factory rotors, hoses, and hardware - with no Mickey-Mouse modifications.
Note 2: Front lower control arms (LCA) with non-replaceable ball joints are required for clearance of the larger 334mm rotors, as shown in this photo. If your car has the early type LCA's with replaceable ball joints, you will need to swap to the late style LCA's. All US-spec 124.032, .034, .052, and .066 chassis already have the correct LCA's; as do all 129.076. For 124.036 and 129.066/067 it depends on the year/VIN/options. All other W124/R129 models, and I believe all years/models of W201 will need the control arm swap. Again, email me with your vehicle info and I can probably tell you which LCA's came from the factory on your car.
$750 / obo plus S&H. International shipping ok if you pay with PayPal. I will sell the fronts separately if you don't need the rears. I have sold about a dozen of these kits over the past few years, contact me directly for photos and current availability.

If your ball joint looks like this, you have the late style LCA's, and they'll bolt on no problem.
If your ball joint looks like this, you have the early style LCA's, and will need to install the late LCA's to do the brake upgrade. The late LCA's are about $350/pair shipped for new OEM/Febi. Unfortunately you need the late LCA's to install any front brakes larger than 300mm...

FYI, almost any brake upgrade will require the late style LCA/balljoints, as these provide an additional ~5mm clearance for deeper/thicker rotors. Personally, I'd avoid the C32 stuff due to the additional mods required - I investigated that setup a few year ago and decided it just wasn't worth the hassle unless maybe you got a set for free.
I've sold about two dozen of these 334mm kits over the years and they have been proven to work very well; straightforward install with almost zero mods. The braking power with all four installed (front & rear) is phenomenal.

For comparison, see the photo of the "Silver Arrow" 334mm caliper, painted black... note the fluid inlet is in the stock location and uses stock hoses on a 124/129/201.
