hey mate,
sorry, don't mean to be rude,
but you are almost new here, people don't know you that much yet,
these're wonderful brakes, and be sure; many guys here want to purchase them from you,
but ($7000) is really huge amount, and you are out of U.S as well,
for that don't blame anyone when they afraid to send such this amount to someone barely know,
i might be wrong; but best idea to send them to "Admin/Spenser" here,,
they will definitely maintain you RIGHTS, without FEAR..

i am interested in purchasing your brakes and will pay you 8000 but need to use my shipping company as i done multiple transactions with and have a very good relationship with them and get good international rates - i will send you a check for 8000, you can pay the shipper 500 and keep the additional 500 for your troubles for handling, i will have them come pickup the package - how does that sound ?

I took the risk of buying the brakes from the seller had a friend help send payment via paypal since I don't use paypal.
So far I've not been provided a tracking number once payment was accepted and it took him over 7 days to provide me with documentation. Then I get some fake shipping label with a tracking number from Shipnex.com who I contacted after the tracking number didn't work and they said the document provided is not genuine and is fake. Then I get an email from a spoofed email address below which also has their address wrong in the email signature as there is no street called Mave and it was supposed to be Main.
I've asked my friend to start the dispute process to get the money back but it looks like this was a scam from the beginning. Seller claims that he sent the items but when the dispute was sent through Paypal this is what he replied with...
"The brakes were processed and delivered same day of the payment, buyer confirmed that he received them and afterwards he blocked communication between me and him and i got no updates. I don't know where this hold is coming from nor am i aware of any "fake tracking" As i have never provided any tracking information and the brakes were privately delivered not through a courier. "
Obviously he isn't telling the truth because if there was someone who could deliver privately or in person the transaction could have been done in person. Also, I have all email correspondences between us showing that he sent me a tracking document through Shipnex with a fake tracking number as it isn't a valid document or tracking number.

You should get your money back from PayPal, since there is no valid tracking number. Privately delivered, really??? Something like that won't fly with PayPal. Keep us posted.

YOU CANT BE SERIOUS DUDE!!!!!! You saw all our comments!!! you seen how he was up and down with prices, we even ask him to send the brakes to the site moderators, or a real shipping company,, I’m sorry please forgive me for saying this but that was a very very very retarded move . Again please forgive the harshness of my words but I have to say it how it is. This was dumb..
signs of trouble
new to forum
no activity
lives in another country!!!!
has no history of sales
when something seems to good to be tru it almost always is. Ccb kit for 7-8k?? Come on man you could have found a set for 5-8 k at a junkyard and had it shipped. Car-part.com will help you find parts all o we the United States that are advertised for sale

It was a risk, but a calculated risk in the event he was being truthful. My money was never at risk during the sale since it was going through paypal and also went through a credit card company. The money did get refunded.

What is retarded would be you who didn't see the fact the money was never at risk, and need I remind you if you review the posts on the thread you were the first one trying to purchase them so keep you stupid *** comments to yourself.

not or even close!!! I was interested in them but never ever did I bite once I saw it was a fraud post. And clearly see me telling him that unless he sends it first without me having to send payment.. I would never be dumb enough to send a payment first. . .. Never did I say I’m sending payment . In fact read my options. Since he didn’t send them on my terms I opted out. That’s called being smart. Me and a couple members tried to warn would be buyers and yet you still took the bait. I’m sorry that was a stupid move. I mean dude I’m sorry if you feel insulted Your probably a smart guy but made a very bad decision. Also even if payment isn’t or wasn’t as risk you still took the bait

If I send the goods before payment, I will not be able to return the goods, there will also be no grounds for the police. When making a payment through paypal, you can return your money within 30 days! Why should I do this? I'm not forcing you to do this, I'll just wait for an adequate buyer.
Thanks
Thanks
feels good when my senses are working perfectly lol, how do you feel being a piece of sh t!!. Just know when bad things happen to you it’s not because you got unlucky, it’s because karma is getting you back, when you have kids and your kids want to spend their hard earned money there’s gonna be someone like you ready to take advantage. Even if for some odd reason someone received brakes from you I’m sure they went through hell and back 3 times.

Next time you’ll know better won’t you. And Cifdig can say what he wants. He warned everyone in here and common sense would have told you that this was trouble from the beginning. You’re very lucky you were able to get your money back. But the guy had no posts and was from Poland and would not do a go between for these brakes. Those are very big red flags.
