Hello, I need some help; how I can identify what kind of transmission valve body use my MB? I have a 2003 E500 and I have transmission problems, so I need to chain the conductor plate but I find a company on EBay that offer the conductor plate with the valve body and all the solenoids (rebuild w/guaranty); but they said that for that car they have 5 different version, so how I can identify what version use my car? Could be with the VIN number ? Please I need some advice.

Have you tried going to your local dealership and asking them for a VMI? That should have the information you need.
