Finally had the dealer perform the LI 27.79-P-0556898 on my 2015 last week. Problem solved and covered by the warranty. They also checked on a software update but found none that applied. I believe my service advisor said the software update only applied to 2012 models and earlier. My wife's 2014 model has never had the problem.

Thud after stop

hello to evryone. I had the same problem and at the mercedes benz service they repalced with a new torque converter, new propeller shaft pump, new oil shaft and other changes and the problem still persist.it happens always after 4-5 secs to a complete stop. Any ideas or solutions? Please

I am wondering if it will be safe to lift vehicle on pinch welds with QuickJack. I have a long jack point to jack point distance (76") on my Mercedes GL and non of QJ models can support that distance. However, QJ customer service suggested to place the rubber mats under pinch welds to lift the car. Is that safe with German cars like Mercedes GL to lift it on pinch welds? Any ideas?
